    Hey !
So, after having done a lot of research the "better" CPU I can afford is the "Intel Core i5-4460 (3.2 GHz)"
    Here's his specs : http://ark.intel.com/products/80817/Intel-Core-i5-4460-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_40-GHz

    Here's my actual specs :
    -Motherboard : Asrock H81M-DGS R2.0 (CPU socket LGA1150)

    -8 go ram
-Graphic card : Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series Vapor-X
    -My actual Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHz (http://ark.intel.com/fr/products/77773/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G3220-3M-Cache-3_00-GHz)

As the Intel website says, my CPU is in "End of life"

I'm actually able to make turn 1 D-serie at 30 FPS on ECA on normal (If I have a Web page open I lose 10 fps Oo), with 2 D-series it's 18 FPS, and more it kill my computer ...
So how well could I make turn Beamng with this processor.
Thanks for all of your answer !

You'll be able to run the game just fine, in the regulations of your GPU bottlenecking it that is.

I'm very sorry "in the regulations of your GPU bottlenecking it that is" I don't understand this phrase :/

Your GPU isn't powerful enough for the 4460 I think. The CPU will max it out.

You means that my Graphic card isn't powerfull enought or my Motherboard ? I'm very sorry If idk what you are talking about

This cpu will run beamng quite well, but don't expect to spawn more than 3 cars while keeping a stable 50fps, also, the T series will run just fine (i had an i7 4710hq, i think it's comparable).
The motherboard doesn't do any calculation, it is just there to connect the components together, there is no such thing as a not powerfull enough motherboard.
Your gpu is underpowered but I say go for it, upgrade your cpu and then upgrade your graphics card later, you can always lower the graphics settings

this is very badly written, sorry for that

Ok cool :D You know If I can make turn 3 cars at 25 fps I would be happy, even 2 at 30 fps would make me very happy, but I know it can suprise people but this graphics card is really powerfull for what it is !

That CPU can probably hold 60fps with 3 or 4 vehicles, although I don't know much about it.

If I where you I'd keep saving and upgrade your graphics card. That CPU is fine for 1 - 2 vehicles in Beam.

The matter it's I have no idea what kind of graphic card I would need and how much it would cost :/

A GTX 1060 would be good enough to run Beam on high, without reflections though.

Well I have the same CPU, But I have a GTX 750 TI. I can run 3 cars with 34 fps to 25 just about, sometimes it lowers on more intense things i tested it on ECA, so on a map with less trees should give you more fps.

[EN] Buy an r9 290 they are cheap

The other matter is If I change my CPU I'm probably gonna need to change my motherboard.
And If I have to do that, this would start to cost a lot.
I build my actual computer with 200 € and buy the graphic for 25 € on leboncoin (French Ebay) I'm pretty proud of that since I can play some modern games in low.

He's using layman's terms. The GPU will bottleneck the CPU.

-> it's the same socket so it should work unless it is from an OEM, in that case you'll have to search for the list of compatibles cpu for the pc which the motherboard is from on the OEM's website
