Wanting to buy, but can't even get the demo to work.

Hello, as I said in the title, I really want to get this game. Been crazy about it for a while. Just got a laptop (which I realize may be my problem)... anyway, it is windows 7, with an Intel pentium 2020m processor, Intel HD graphics, 4 gb ddr3 memory, 500 gb hdd.

I've downloaded the tech demo, and get the x3daudio1_7.dll message. I've downloaded directx11 but then found it may need 9, so I got that one as well. No luck. I've searched my butt off trying to find a viable solution, but so far no luck.

I know I can't be the only one with this problem. Anybody know what I can do?

 

Your system really isn't powerful enough to run the game. It may run, but it will be extremely laggy.

 

It's probably your laptop. Even if you get it to work you won't be able to enjoy the game at the fps you'd get. I would suggest you get a better computer before spending your money.

Thanks guys. Not exactly what I wanted to hear, but that's life haha. Guess I'll just stick to watching the videos
