Why is this place so volatile? Why are people always jumping on new showroom posts yelling "DID YOU STEAL THIS MESH????". Its getting ridiculous, people always complaining when others make contructive criticism just because they are apologists. If someone bumps a thread that hasn't been active for 2 months, people that think they are meaningful to this place will just whine while not actually helping the situation. I know its the internet, but I was expecting people that play a simulator like this actually had some decency behind their monitors.
I totally get where your coming from... and if I had a solution to the problem... I would probably be rich... but there seems to be a problem with a lot of peoples attitudes tords everything these days and that seems to just bubble over and spill out into the forums of the internet
Usually nobody jumps on the mesh as being stolen, unless theyve themselves managed to find the mesh elsewhere.
Should I even report a small thing as a bump? I say small because it can just be a simple mistake. What would be done in that case? Is it so an actual moderator can judge if it really was that bad and if it is, maybe deliver the message more clearly to the person who bumped the thread because he is a member of the staff?
hmm, i find this forum to be quite friendly, have been on the asus transformer forums and the moderators are strict, any unneccesary threads, or threads that have been answered are locked lickety split. and quite a lot more people actually reply on this forum than others i have seen
Bumps are allowed, AS FAR they are constructive. But yeah, if something is not right, press the 'Report' button and we will check.
My problem is that I want to like this place, but then I decide to just scroll through someone's mod and the first comments are either someone complaining about something subjective (they don't like that the car is a diesel) or someone (followed by usually 3 others) complaining about stealing the mod or not crediting the guy even though they have zero proof of the accusations and eventually become dumbfounded. It just saddens me, that's all.
