Hello there. Lately I've been getting problems with performance on beamng.
I know my computer is good enough to run the game with an good FPS rate and these shit things
    AMD FX8320e
    GTX 970 4GB 256 BITS
    16GB RAM
    1TB HDD
    MB M5A78LM 3.0
    What should I do?

    No profanity please.

    Do the following:
Load Gridmap (do not move the camera or the vehicle)
Go to options > gameplay > enable 'Advanced Mode'
In the sidemene there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
Press it and let the graphs fill the screen.
Press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.

Repeat the above with the 'cone' prop.

Go to the BeamNG.Drive directory (Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin64) and run the 'banana-bench.x64.bat' file.
When done, take a screenshot and post the link here.

Do as mentioned above. I think your CPU is bottlenecking the game. It's a low power version of a CPU with already poor single threaded performance.

Do you have enabled fps limiter? If yes disable it - Vsync limit fps on it's own.
CPU shouldn't bottlenecking (my old q8200 was enough for 60fps) it's good enough. Clearly when he set camera to other position his FPS jumped almost 100% up. I experienced this on my GTX 260 too. Try removing navi app, lowering lighting quality to lowest/low disabling postfx, disabling background apps and this program that register your fps (to see fps in game press CTRL+F)

Yes I do have fps limiter enabled, locked it to 60. Yea I know the CPU is good enough, i play all these other new generation games with an amazing fps and ultra quality without problems, and the program I use to see the fps its a steam feature, isnt a program like fraps. And by lowering the graphics quality I didnt get any performance improvement, the FPS keeps the same as everything set on High quality :v
Also, my friends uses an I7 4790 + gtx970 and he told me he is getting low performance too, and y'all know that in i7 is way better than my fx8320e.

Set the FPS limiter to 70.
It doesn't work nicely at the moment, and can make frametime unconsistent.

Also, BeamNG.Drive heavily relies on the CPU.
If you have the same FPS regardless the graphic setting, then it's the CPU holding back (You can see from the graphs above that the CPU/Physics delay is spiky)

Look at the end of 2nd screen @graph, CPU do the same work as it was doing before, but fps increase almost by 100% - he didn't spawned cone just set camera to another place, while car is still there. I got 60fps on Intel Q8200 in past (only with one small car, on lowest gfx settings on gridmap/smallgrid, as GTX 260 couldn't handle more), so now after few optimizations it should work even better. FX8320E have better single core and multicore performance. What can be "OthersFrameMs"? It fills 4/5 of CPU render graph, I guess it's software issue. I'd check if something isn't working in background.

Anyway DISABLE that FPS limiter it was causing problems for me in past, and BeamNG is another story, here CPU makes way more calculations compared to other "fancy 2k16" games.

I'd also think about clean install if anything else fails.
