Trouble downloading and loading the game.

Now before I posted this I did look through for help but I'm really lost on what to do. I try looking into the proxy solution but don't know how to do that really. If anybody knows the solution to this please give me a step-by-step explanation on what to do

I'd be happy to help, PS: I've had this problem for the past 3 weeks or so and I just now fixed it like 10 mins ago.

Anyways, I use ZoneAlarm and that is what was causing the problem for me.
I right clicked ZoneAlarm in the Taskbar, clicked Show Monitor.. I then clicked Firewall Protection's "View Details" box.
On the Basic Firewall Area (the top part), I clicked "# access attempts blocked". You should see an IP outgoing to 67.215.65.132:0 that is being blocked by ZoneAlarm.. I right-clicked it and clicked "Add Zone". Name it whatever you want to distinguish it. It automatically sets it as Trusted so press OK. Now when you start the updater again.. My ZoneAlarm asked me if I wanted to connect the Updater to so-and-so. I said Yes.. and PRESTO! Your updater should work. Any questions? Ask me.
