Been busy with females so not a lot of work done lately. Getting to the succulent innards that are hard to find reference for and model accurately (I know, I know, my MX5 is only 10 metres away from me but I have better things to do than to tear it apart for a 3d model). Have a progress shot and some fun renders.
That looks fantastic & I hope you can complete it. But ffs Zappy. Its 2:30AM go to bed. No working on mods, you'll make errors when tired.
Have I not always been boss? I was under the impression this forum was mine? To keep it somewhat ontopic. Have you thought about at some point after the initial car is complete, adding parts like a removable hardtop roof?
Hardtop and soft-top will be available, plus soft-top articulation if I'm feeling generous. Planning B61P (1.6) N/A and turbo, and BP05/BP4W (1.8), possibly twin turbo 13B as well. Guaranteed rims will be stock 14" pictured above, NB 6spd 16" twisted 5 spoke, Buddy Club P1, Enkei RPF1, and maybe 949 6UL. Lots planned, mostly talking out of my arse since it's in a very early development stage at present.
The NA Miata is one of my favourite cars, i'd also suggest an LS swap and some widebody kit. If you need help for configs, pics or skin (if you make some UV maps) i'll be glad to help
@Zappymouse if you really want to go hog-wild with engine swaps, may I suggest multiple LSes, one or more 350ci small-blocks (the NA is old enough that, say, an LT1 would be appropriate), 3- and 4-rotor swaps, 2-rotors both turbo (RX7) and NA (RX8), Ford 2.3L and 5.0L engines (both new and old), maybe even some cross-manufacturer Japanese swaps such as 2JZ, 1UZ, etc.
Thanks Though why would I make a destructable elevated station? How would you even crash in to it? It will have collision of course If that's what you're asking
If chris is using the rigsofrods track set, then I believe the gauge is the same. However the tight corners will probably prohibit any existing train from using my tracks. I've not started on my train yet, however I do have experience of making an EMU for rigsofrods, so I'm hoping the general principles remain the same in beamng.
Yep, using ROR tracks. I also have a subway in the making, fully jbeamed, if you want an invite to my locomotive testing group let me know.
