the british train does not go 212 MPH --- Post updated --- The fastest they have goes 140 in britan so America is faster
Then tell me, what is the fastest train in BRITAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN? Whats the model? Whats the top speed? --- Post updated --- Plus british trains dont even have bells and they have dumb sounding horns.
I'm not a train expert, but passenger trains (particularly high-speed trains) seem to be very uncommon in North America compared to other parts of the world.
I don't know why, but train fans always seem to be very defensive of their beloved trains. (and dicks)
TGV does not run that fast in revenue service. Do not tell me to shut up. The Acela was built by Bombardier-Alstom and reaches 170 mph in revenue service but the trainsets achieved 201 MPH in testing. Plus, our ACS-64's built by Siemens can pull 8 Amfleet cars to 135 MPH. Our P42DC diesel engines built by GE can hit 122 MPH. Beat that fool. I even have proof unlike you.
All I'm saying is y'all need to calm down. Instead of saying "NO IM RIGHT!!1eleven!" just provide proof for your point on both sides of the argument and have a civil discussion, or debate if you will.
Al WHY YOU LITTLE SNOTTY BRIT! AT LEAST OUR TRAINS HAVE GRACEFUL HORNS! AND THEY ARE SAFER! BY THE WAY, WHERE IS YOUR PROOF THAT THE TGV CAN REACH 250? --- Post updated --- AND IM NOT AN AMERICAN PIG
