I believe that redemption can be sought by legitimately acquiring the ill-gotten goods, which is what Pikam8 did. Also you're*
Yes, right now they are celebrating that PikaM8 pirated the game and they are preparing a ritual to announce him as the king of pirates.
http://www.forbes.com/sites/davidth...eator-notch-tells-players-to-pirate-his-game/ Is not a bad thing, if the game is good enough i assure it will sell, i always pirate the games before buy them, otherwise i couldnt determine if i like it or not, you can see it right with beamng, awesome game so here i am Also in my steam library i have more than 50 titles, so i guess i do support the devs and i`d love to be a developer, thumbs up for tdev`s comment
I don't wanna speak for the devs or anything but I'd be F***n honored if someone who pirated my game turned around and bought it because they liked it so much.
Ah.. The first game I pirated was good ole Half Life 2, back in 2004 that is. Now in 2013. I pirate SOME games to try but most, I buy on the spot OR do more research. As in the case of this game, I bought it the same night it came out as I only played the tech demo for like 5 mins. PS: GTA V! <-- Had to say it.
I don't see why'd you pirate BeamNG, after the drive timer hit 0 i was just like "shut up and take my money".
In the age of digital content there's not much you can do about piracy except make it inconvenient, and I think we've done a pretty good job
I actually pirated it, too, but you did such an awesome job i just had to buy it and support you guys!
