Need Help With Exo Skeleton

My exo skeleton wont work, as soon as I put it on the game pauses and say instability detected. Hera are some pics someone please help, for some reason no one is helping on these forums, so someone please help this is the most important thing I want fixed.

 

That happens when the nodes and beams values aren't in the right proportion, reduce beam spring / beam damp or increase node weight, that should fix it.

 

how much should i change them?

 

I mostly do try and error, just delete one or two 0 at beam spring and see what happens .
