I see what you mean, but there's caveats. While it in some ways looks better, you're also making it worse. It's simply a limitation with the rendering that you can't just conjure away. I would probably agree that something in between there would look better. But not to the extent you did here.
I second this one... back in the days of rigs of rods, car shaders was never the best part, however I remembered once they put fresnel on it starts looking much better. I worked on some car visualization unity projects before and would be interested to provide feedbacks to the dev on improving car shaders /post proccesing part
