Is there a way to have good looking graphics for my semi-crappy laptop? I don't know how to view my graphics or specs stuff, but I can tell you that my laptop is a Toshiba Satellite.

You cannot really replace graphics cards on a laptop (without a new mobo, or massive modification). I would reccomend saving up for a Gaming PC.

THe satellite is an entire family of products and doesnt really tell us anymore about its specs than me telling you I have a ford does about exactly what car I drive.

CPU isn't bad but GPU is missing. DXDiag can tell you what GPU you have.

    I'm assuming it's:
    Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

Honestly, if you are relying on a 4600, you really can't get that good of graphics. I have a 4600 along side my GTX 860M, and whenever I switch my preferred GPU to the 4600, it can barely run low settings.

I can run low settings almost pretty well, but I need to know if there are adjustments I can make to the game and what not to make it look nicer/run smoother.

The only way to improve framerate short of hardware upgrades is simply lowering the graphics. There is no way to improve visuals and increase performance otherwise everyone would just do that instead of upgrading. All I can recommend is saving up for a decent gaming rig.
