I'm just wondering what in the setting affects your fps the most. Say in the comments and choose between: Mesh Quality, Texture Quality, Lighting Quality, Shader Quality, and Post Processing Quality. add your Graphics Card name if you want, too.

For me, it's Lighting Quality. I have a gtx 745

Post processing is the biggest hit for pretty much everyone, likely followed by lighting for most people.

Surprised a 745 runs the game at all

For me it's dynamic reflections.. I mean everything else is fine. Don't see a difference between normal and high..

A 745 can run everything at high except lighting and dynamic reflections. Lighting has to be at lowest and you get a steady 45 fps

I run everything maxed out the only thing that kills this card is dynamic reflections so I run DR settings on the third tick.

    380X at 1080P.

Normal quality on maps like Utah and modded map Mammoth Valley. I get a sluggage 10 fps or something there. Maybe it is a different climate that is doing it.

Good thing I burned my 5770 and replaced it with a R7 370. Utah kills my FPS dropping it to a mere 45-50 fps looking at the front of my car at default spawn.

For me it seems to be the lighting. With one car on Gridmap I get 40fps (High Lighting) put it to Lowest Lighting and I instantly get 60FPS

Shadows, reflections, and lots of high detail textures will really whoop a low-end card with lower memory bandwidth and/or shader amounts.
Make sure AA modes are turned down too.
Can always try running game in a window, going into the editor with F11 while in a map, choose Lighting from the menubar up top, BASIC lighting (click), wait a few seconds and hit F11 again. While this change doesn't save currently, the rest of your game session should be smooth as butter.
