    You need to get rid of that program, it's very well known to cause incompatibilities with other softwares (and can be considered an adware as it self-installs on PCs in most cases)
    Delete LavasoftTcpService64.dll located in C:\Windows\System32 to get rid of it

    It wont delete it says it open but it doesnt show what in...

    Can you send me a Private Message with your Skype/Steam username, I will help you getting rid of that annoying file :)

    Else, open the Taskmanager and make sure no 'Lavasoft' process is running.
