Y'all stop dreaming about career mode (specially open-world career mode) until there's an official transmission & battery system, proper AI system for traffic and such, and some way to put more than 10 vehicles at the same time. Now, Gran Turismo-esque scenario based campaign, that's another story
Why should we? It is definetley in reach. We don't NEED AI for a simple career mode. A sort of car auction would be fairly simple to implement I imagine.
@Chernobyl that's why I said a "Gran Turismo-esque" Scenario-based campaign COULD be possible (and even then pretty limited at the moment), but people here seem to be hoping for some kind of full-fledged open world experience. As I said, I personally hope they don't focus too much on the campaign until they have the car simulation down to a T (which is a thing that until now they've been doing pretty fast and pretty damn well); that base should be covered before even thinking of adding any sort of campaign
I see what you mean now. Yes people are overhyping it and I think we should just be patient. In my eyes the devs have done a fantastic job already.
It is still Thursday in their HQ (Germany, where the time is 20:42), so it still could happen tomorrow.
No, probably not. I would more see it in a not Alpha version, a Beta, or a first release, because the physics, need to be "Done" Optimized and all this, what the point of a career mod if you can't make run more than 3 cars ? But I have a little hope
So you guys are saying it's coming tomorrow? Sorry, but just asking Because why are you all so sure??? And I am NOT saying you're not.
