    I have an Alienware X51 R3 and when I run BeamNG.Drive or INFRA, it immediately sets the fan to like max power, it's ran on a quad core i5

    not really anything to do with this thread and also an obvious thing for an alienware to do. They are notorious for crap cooling. Plus BeamNG is CPU heavy so drives temperatures up, end result, cooling system has to work overtime.
