Open a separate thread, and put in some 'Performance graphs' and alike:
Load Gridmap (do not move the camera or the vehicle)
Go to options > gameplay > enable 'Advanced Mode'
In the sidemene there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
Press it and let the graphs fill the screen.
Press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.
Go to the BeamNG.Drive directory (Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin64) and run the 'banana-bench.x64.bat' file.
When done, take a screenshot and post the link here.

    Restart game maybe?

Cars never go up to operating temperature if you just let them idle. This Pessima has sat here for 15-20 minutes and still cold according to the gauge.

All of the offroad vehicles spawn without tires. Even with new wheels. Also the parts menu is still glitchy and doesnt let me get bottom options and it closes everything I opened after I choose a different selection

I really want to report this again:
Traffic signs are freezing the game. All of them.

Works normal here too. Probably an issue on your end.

    For the tires, remove mods..

    I already replied you.
It's not happening here, it must be a problem on your end.
    Clean reinstall your game.
    Follow these exact steps:
    -Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want, but don't put them back yet!)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
    -Reinstall BeamNG.

Might be a conflicting mod or cache. Try removing some of your mods and delete the cache.

    update:
    Nvm, you got it fixed.

I have no issues to report, but I felt that I should give my two cents in regards to the new camera system before the topic gets dated.

For starters, I do like the chase cam. It provides a refreshing perspective on the world of BeamNG, and has one key difference between it and the orbit camera: it focuses on the road and scenery, rather than on the car. However, a few things I'd like to see from it are:
    1. Re-establish the 'rear-view' mode. Contextually, all the numberpad keys that reposition the orbit camera also reposition the chase camera. Num4 still looks right, Num2 still looks up, etc. The only one that's not available is the option to look completely rearward [Num1], which I don't really get the reason for removing, especially since it's still a present feature when reversing. Similarly...
    2. Remove the back-up cam. This was the least-liked feature of the orbit cam, I don't know why it was brought across. Backing up should not shift the view significantly. And with the rearview feature discussed above, the back-up cam would be unnecessary.
    3. Adjust the clipping/spinning while rolling. This one I've not really got any ideas on the solution for, and as a glitch, it goes without saying. Perhaps temporarily switching to the orbit cam past a certain pitch or roll might do the trick?
    4. Allow more fluid camera positioning with a gamepad. When using a keyboard, the Numpad arrows locking to a particular view and snapping back make sense. With a gamepad, the option to move the camera to slightly less locked-in spots might make it feel more freeing.
Aside from those, I do think that the new static slo-mo cam might be overstaying its welcome a bit, taking too much time or distance to deactivate. A more succinct cinematic moment would be less bound to over-do it.

Thank you! My overall FPS improved by at least 50%! The only map that doesn't have an FPS increase is Jungle Rock Island. I could even play with DoF with Low Settings!

Deleted cache and restarted. Tried again, same thing.
