When the wheel cover just pops off due to the stress, and rolls to the side of the road. I haven't seen this mentioned before, but I think it would be a good idea. Its part of almost every movie with a car chase from the seventies and eighties.
Aaaah it's a good idea ! I have never senn that in other games apart Driver 1 and Sleeping Dogs ! It's a important feature.
