Game Lags After Hardware Change

    This copy of BeamNG.Drive used to run seemingly well on my integrated AMD Radeon 3000 gpu, 4gigs of RAM, and an AMD FX 4300. I recently upgraded to a GTX 980, 16 gigs RAM, and an AMD FX 8370 this should be able to handle the game fine. I also have A LOT of mods installed dont know if this matters. After the hardware change the game seems to run slower than it should and everything is set to normal too! Can someone please help me with this super confusing issue? Thank you Aedan:)

    Load Gridmap (do not move the camera or the vehicle)
    Go to options > gameplay > enable 'Advanced Mode'
    In the sidemene there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
    Press it and let the graphs fill the screen.
    Press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.
    Repeat for any vehicles/levels you have FPS issues with.

    Go to the BeamNG.Drive directory (Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin64) and run the 'banana-bench.x64.bat' file.
    When done, take a screenshot and post the link here.

    I have an edited version of gridmap.

    In order for gridmap to startup un-modded I had to deactivate every mod, since I dindnt know the source of the modded gridmap. Okay here is the screen shot semitruck and JRI also included:
