I downloaded the Frozen lake map. Just as I was going towards a tree unable to do anything I thought: is there spike tires mod, so I could have at least some control over the car while driving on ice? So, is there or someone could do it for me?

It's not possible at the moment. Although you can change the frictionCoef of the tire but that will ruin the way the car drives on tarmac.

But what if the tire is not recognized as a tire by the game.
like, its not a pressurewheel or a hubwheel but a rotating part of the car?

no, what I meant then you could spike the jbeam
the spikes would sink in the snow and get traction

Snow doesn't work like that in beam.

all surfaces work the same way except for sinking in mud and sand.
Ice, snow, gravel, dirt, tarmac, it's a single solid surface. Nothing for spikes to grip on.

you can increase tyre friction but that will make them super grippy on all surfaces.

there is no solution in game yet unless we get the ability to set the friction for a tyre per surface
