    1. Bandicam (You can get a free demo where you can only record 10 minutes. It doesn't crash my computer) 2. Turn off crash physics (You can find this in options under gameplay. It will turn off physics for other cars but you can crash into things and get physics) 3. close all other programs (This will allow you to get much better FPS because there is more memory. 4. If all else fails, try upgrading your computer.

Well, you have to mention the software and more details in order to get any relevant advice.

Woops, I am using Open Broadcasting Software. Also did not happen before version 0.5.2.1 iirc.

Don't use bandicam, try other softwares.

OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is highly suggested.

Then wrong settings or alike are causing that.

    For example:
    1. Start the game.

    2. In the main screen, bottom middle: right click in sources > add > game capture

    3. Select Application > BeamNG (capture mouse cursor yes/no?) > OK

    4. Menu: Settings > Settings > Broadcast Settings: Mode: File Output only. Exchange in the File Path and the Replay buffer path "flv" with "mp4"

    5. Menu: Settings > Settings > Encoding: Max Bitrate: 3000

    6. Menu: Settings > Settings > Hotkeys: Start Recording / Stop recording: bind to some keys (i bound it to CTRL + [ and CTRL + ])

    7. Test it ingame, saved videos are found under "Videos" in explorer

My max bitrate is set to 36000 or something so I can get smooth video.
