    I drove my Roamer XT down the road past the swamp with my headphones max volume. And I herd thunder. So I crashed off the road. Why was thunder at the swamp

    Are you using an older version of the map/game?
    Also: I can't believe I've never found the swamp before...

    Maybe you heard real thunder. There isn't any weather in official BeamNG maps that I know of.

    There used to be an ambient sound in East Coast, USA that had thunder in it... It was removed in 0.4.2.1

    Have you made any changes to "East Coast, USA"?
    Is there a "BeamNG.drive\levels\east_coast_usa" folder in your Documents?

    All I have to the east coast USA map is I downloaded a scenario called Stuntman
