Steering wheel problems

I can't get the wheel settings dialed in, the force feedback intensity just seems like its adjusting the level of vibration. And the force feedback isn't pulling the wheel at all like it should.

How do I fix this?

Btw, I don't know what the other force feedback settings do. lol I've adjusted them but can't figure it out.

 

Does your wheel pull the opposite way of what it should? You might want to check/uncheck the box that says "invert FFB" or something like that.

If you want to have less cluttering and vibration, increase the smoothing and smoothing rate of the FFB, and if you want to increase the strength increase the force limit. If you want to make it more intense use the force multiplier slider.

 

The game doesn't recognize my wheel, it says I have a controller.
