If you want to improve your fps on the high config then go into the .mis and find the first TSStatic entry. Then find [[ "meshculling": "0", ]] . Then change it to [[ "meshculling": "1", ]] . With [[ "meshculling": "1", ]] you gain ~15 FPS.
well if your driving a truck or a 1927 car then they cant make the jumps (i try to keep the heron from overheating)
Dont worry! Obviusly is your map and you should do what do you want I play with G27 too, and i know how fun is jumping with a car, but somethimes just doing realistic driving is fun too. What you can do is a variant road and keep the jumps, so we have both options. I know how hard is this thing of creating maps, in ETS2 is a crazy thing too . Anyway thanks for your time, because the map is amazing, but this small thing is what i dont like when doing a realistic and calm driving
Easily my favorite modded map ! I love the jumps, they make me an excuse to retry and drive thousands of times on these fun and beautiful roads I think you should go with even crazier stunts (looping, twisted looping, wallride, ...), so I'll have more retries to do ! Anyway, I noticed that the floor on the sawmill had a tendency to grab the tires, maybe try to thicken the collision mesh ?
Ok, sorry. I had planned an escape for this jump for asphalt on the side but I had not enough place to do it. I could do only the dirt path below... with this kind of relief it is difficult to draw exactly what you want. Lol (looping). The saw mill is very complex, and I have seen a bug too on a metal beam. I note that for the next... I must study that! Thanks
I don't crash on the fog version, but I do on the normal version... (around same FPS for both versions)
This track isn't meant for trucks or 1927 vehicles. Only monumentally stoned or drunk imbeciles do that crap. Now, in a vain attempt at not sounding like a total asshole, I would love to see a said stoned or drunk imbecile post a vid of an 18 wheeler getting through this baby.
This is an awesome, awesome map, one of the best 10 user-maps thus far. Can't wait to see what the next update has in store. Keep it up! This is QUALITY! Great for speeding around or just,...driving a SCHOOL BUS off the cliff, bwahahaha. Incidentally, the school bus DOES NOT make it, neither does the BUICK ROADMASTER. The 88 Pessima did, which is about the only car I can drive with a keyboard, and I think I needed some 50+ of them to do it because of said keyboard driving
Hello Im sure it's wonderful map but unfortunately cant experience it, not because of poor hardware, but the textures of bush and trees are messed up as you can see on the image below... is it because I use version 4.3.2 and the map is for newest version? Thanks
Its that I play on computer without connection. Last time this computer was connected to internet, I updated to 4.3.0 or 4.3.2 version... If I update to 0.5.1 this will be fixed? How's that some other maps are ok on older version and this one is not?
Things changes between game version. The map was made with the latest version of the game, so nobody tested it on older version pretty much.
Can I have more returns to the fog version, if there is no framerate difference between both version it's not necessary that I work on the fog version...?? Also I am going to test BurilkovDeni issue and say what...
Ok I have test, are you sure of your issue? Because no change, must I do that just for the first meshculling or for all? I have do that just on the first.
No framerate changes for me between the two versions. Perhaps eliminating the 3D fog/cloud and just using the T3D fog?
I think for people with strong PC the the framerate change is not much visible, but for anyone with lower-end PC the framerate difference can be quite significant... + the fog version has its uniqe atmosphere
Done on all meshculling, no effect visible on the framerate. Well, I stop with Framerate problems, we search issues on a development game! The only issue is to let Devs to do their jobs, and speak about it when Beam will be to the v1.0. By a config to another, the result is all time different. So I keep my work like that and dont care FPS for the moment...
