my mods wont work

    When i instal a map or a car it shows up as unknown and doesn't work even if i follow the instruction on the thread. thank you:mad::(

    Download ZIP.
    Put ZIP in Documents/BeamNG.Drive/mods.

    That's all you have to do to install a mod.
    If the mod still doesn't work, then the mod is:
    -outdated
    -broken
    I'd report that on that mod's official thread in that case.

    i know how to instal a mod but ive downloaded about 5 new mods that I have seen work but wont work on mine

    the newest version of beam. it just comes up as unknown in game

    and all of the mods are new

    Do you mind giving a link to one of those mods, so that I can check myself?
    Also, knowing the exact version of the game would help, just in case.

    It's only that?
    With the latest update, this mod is pretty much broken due the massive changes to that vehicle.

    Yeah, the new update killed my D15 tow truck and D-Series pack mods. Hopefully they'll fix them...

    I'm yet to find a broken mod. Please describe *exactly* which mods you have tried and how you have installed them.

    I have used the dbird, bolide race car, dgorian and I installed them the way it said on the thread

    I either put them in to the mods file or I put it in to the vehicle/levels file within the mod file

    they way i did it was just drag the folder form my downloads to the beamng/mods/vehicle and they worked for me they were also ziped if that gave u an answer
