Bought new laptop will only let me play 4.0.6 9xc

I finally got a new laptop to play without lag and it won't work through steam on any version above 4.0.6 9xc I press play it loads up the screen I see th beamng drive logo then it say waiting UI and then goes black if i make the window smaller and bigger you can catch a glimpse of the game but it works perfect on the 4.0.6 version please help

We are aware of this issue, and with the latest update we added more debugging tools that will allow to gather us more data regarding this issue and fix it once for all.
Do this:
-Right Click BeamNG.Drive in your Steam Library
-Go to properties
-In the 'general' tab there is a button that says 'Startup options' (or similar), press it.
-Put this in the textbox: '-cefdev' (without the ' )
-Run the game
-When you get the black screen close it
-Go to Documents/BeamNG.Drive and you should see these files:
cefrenderer.log
cefdev.log
beamng.log
beamng-launcher.log
-Pack those into a ZIP archive
-Upload the ZIP here.
That would help us a lot

Thank you for replying Nadeox1 The requested zip is attacked i have been around since early rigs of rods days if you need anything else let me know been trying to learn the new ways of modding alot different than the old days lol
