If I buy do I get full game?

Hello,

I want to buy into this game as it looks promising. It would be even better with multiplayer options, free roam, open world, racing, destruction derby etc.

Which brings me to a question.

How much would I have to pay to secure myself the final release of the game. If I pay like ?10 which it asks for, do I get alpha, beta and full release etc

this information is not clearly explained so I thought I would ask.

That's what they've said. Mojang did something similar with Minecraft: In pre-alpha/alpha/beta, the price was lower, and it increased for every step, until reaching the full price at "1.0".

It's a good win-win for both parties: We get to play an unfinished game for less money, and they can put food on the table while finishing it.
