What Happened To All the Mods on the Forum?

Ever since the website's style changed, many of the mods that were once on the forum are gone. Like the BMW M3, the VW Golf rally car, The Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 9 rally car, etc. Have the creators taken them down? Have they been removed? What's the deal?

Many old mods haven't been brought to the repository, if that's the only place you were looking. The threads themselves are in all the same places; they're just a little buried.
