Right I can't remember when I played last but reinstalled it earlier.

    Specs:

    i5 3570
    8GB RAM
    GTX 980ti

The performance is atrocius in most cases. I can max out nearly every game at 4K with a good 50-60fps constant, but on this is mostly in 30's with dips. What on earth is going on here? I tried 4K (native res) then 1440p and 1080p, barely a change. Normal settings, dynamic reflections etc are off.

Yes my drivers are up to date etc, I know about those.

    J is a miniscule difference.

I loaded up Fraps again, it's reporting a 55-60fps most of the time. I can just see what appears to be microstutter (believe me, playing Arkham Knight you know..) but that was showing 60fps at the time it looked like 30. Couldn't see post effects.

4K max settings shows a good 55 on average, why was it looking like it's stuttering at 30 but it's not? Sorry I know that bit was confusing.

Right, Vsync off, found the custom graphics settings and turned off SSAO and HDR. It's quite a bit better and nowhere near as bad as before, thanks matey. No more stutters like before.

Open the game 64bit version. It may help.

It opens the 64bit Version automatically if it detects a 64bit CPU.

In the side menu, there is a button to show 'Performance graphs' near the bottom.
Press it, let the graphs fill up and press ALT+O. Then paste the link to the screen here.
