    You should something that reflects on you, for me Judge Dredd was a big influence in my life and I went for that go for something that will set you apart

    How did you determine that? Do you get the spots outside of BeamNG, actually, on a different computer or without a computer attached? I highly doubt that the monitor would do that. Check the connections if you don't think it's your graphics card. Once again, PC specs would be helpful. Also, update the drivers for your graphics card.

    Yes, I got the spots outside of BeamNG Drive. Including internet,The Sims 4,YouTube and my desktop.

    It could still be your GPU. Try checking the monitor on another PC. Or a different monitor on the problematic PC.
