UI Editor and De-bug not in-game

    So I have the game all up to date at 0.4.0.6 and have also done a cache verify with steam and nothing is missing. I have also redownloaded the game and the UI Editor and the de-bug feature is missing. If someone can help that would be awesome !

    Go to options and gameplay in GUI

    Select "Advanced Mode"

    It is a graphical user inter face. You pull it up by pressing escape.
