Can engines overheat in version 0.4?

    I noticed there was a temperature gauge on the new speedometer thing and I was wondering if the engine can overheat.

    It probably does nothing right now. Once we get the patch notes we'll know for sure :)

    The fact that the icon is there surely means that if not implemented, it will be at some point. I can't imagine it's a huge priority though.

    Go to GridSmallPure and floor it for a few miles. Watch to see if the engine heats up.

    Tdev said that heat hasnt been added yet, but its being worked on and to expect it relatively shortly

    i saw that my hammer (mod) was overheating. soo that means something :confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

    This coding has been done on the part of the vehicle developer. As mentioned above, the overheating code has not been implemented right into the game's code yet, but it is possible to add your own custom coding to the vehicle to make it overheat and such.
