This is my first time posting, coding, modeling, and attempting on making a BeamNG car, i'm sorry if i'm bad at it. (This is soon to be a IIHS crash cart) When spawned, the car is lined up with the Jbeam perfectly, but whenever it hits anything, the mesh inside just wiggles or bounces out the Jbeam, is there a way to make it a "harder" material, and to not make it disconnect from the jbeam? Thanks so much; if you need my blender/code files, just ask here. EDIT: The problem is fixed, but when spawning the vehicle, the camera is centered at only one spot of the vehicle, is there a way to make it centered in the middle like most cars? please help
Re: Mesh not connecting with JBeam and is glitchy The "beamSpring" property changes the stiffness of the structure. Make sure not to set it too high or you'll create instability. To fix your mesh issue, (in Blender) Apply Rotation/Scale/Position, or (in 3dsMax) Reset XForm and make sure your Origin is at 0,0,0
