Problem When Launched

When i launch the game i see this

try going out of fullscreen

 

i did windowed
and i got the same problem

 

find the setting config in documents and check that
maybe some things are wrong
eg screen resolution

Yeah, I meant that. Close it, I think YBR had the same problem.
