Yes get a C6, they are the epitome of modern quirky french luxury. Bet they're not cheap though.

Took some pics of my car in its natural state, ie not clean. Love it, though may sell for something more practical soon.

im too tall for this (6'8'' or 206cm) and I need a big sedan with LOTS OF LEG ROOM!
ford ka is for 5' girls as far as i know (dont wanna offend you)
Also insurance here is very cheap in my country and we arent really poor (my dad has a new mazda 6 and mom has a 2015 mercedes b class)
But how come mudflaps dont help at mudding? Maybe because youre missing them in the back?

Haha, i wasnt suggesting a Ka for you, i should have made that clear! But yes, the small friendly nature of the Ka does tend to attract female drivers, but i always like to remind people that my car is the SportKa, which was marketed towards males :p

Still working on my CPU architecture. It's loosely inspired by the IBM 1130: it's a batch-processing, single-user dinosaur (until somebody smarter than me implements a terminal multiplexer). Operations that require user input will halt the system until an interrupt is received, and then the input will be processed. For some reason, it uses a 32-bit byte length with 8-bit "columns," accessible through bit-shifting voodoo. Next I/O device will be the "block spooler," used as a rudimentary swap device. It will swap 80-column (20 x 32-bit byte) blocks of memory to and from a virtual memory drum, stored as a file on the physical disk.

People need to start using this thread more. Interesting stuff gets posted here sometimes.

Happy Labor Day, fellow workers of the world!

It sounds like you have gone completely insane xD

I need to finish my one :/

I'd quite like to get ahold of an FPGA and actually implement mine. I think for the amount of verilog or VHDL required, mine would be stupidly inefficient, but still.

ok I went to back to school for a day and I will be going back over to manawatu for my grandfathers funeral service, its a pretty interesting one as he wanted his ashes mixed with agricultural lime and he wants it spread around the family farm (since the farm is his livelihood) and he wants a do at the country estate next to the family farm ,its going to be interesting.

I´m feeling sad. Long story short, my GPU fan made horrible noise about few months. On friday my GPU got silent. BeamNg started to lag even if I enabled slowmotion. I realized that my GPU fan is not working. Now it´s running about 107-110 Celcius when (trying) to play games. I cleaned my PC with compressed air and no luck.
My PC is 6-years old POS with Radeon HD 5670 and Intel i3 @2.93. Cant even render Cycles fast in Blender, cause it should be Nvidia card.

I´m short on money and I cant play Beamng anymore. My freetime after work is ruined! ;) How am I going to convinse my wife that we( I ) need a new +1000€ gaming PC and new 24" display?
i5 @3,5 ,some Nvidia card and 8gp RAM should be good?

You can get a decent build for way less than +1000€ (If you are aiming for what you wrote about, it's sounds doable aswell).

Ah ok. I checked prizes few months back and all the components seem to be expensive in Finland.. Maybe they are cheaper now since new components get released so much. I´d like to build my own. I have a good DVD drive and card reader..lol OMG that´s only things I can re-use. This PC that I have is some crappy Fujitsu from generic "market-type-store"
    I would need a new:
    MB
    GPU
    CPU
    RAM
    PS
    Fans
    Case
    and Win 8/10
    aaaand new display
