Game won't lanch

    Hi
    When i start the game it crashes. I newer actually gets into the game but the computer tells me it has crashed. I have deleted the game from my computer and installed it again but it still crashes
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6420
    ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro
    2,00GB DDR2
    Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit
    i know its terrible but it used to work and its all i got:( Tell me if you want me to post anything else and i will do my best:)

    I know in the most recent patch they said that the game will not work with Windows XP any more because of DX11. So maybe it doesn't work with Windows Vista and they didn't realize it. Also, try uninstalling any mods especially if they are ones not from this site because that may be causing your crashes.

    Try to launch the game with this arguments -console
    Do you have a log file in the Documents/BeamNG folder?

    Start dxdiag (Win+R and type in dxdiag) and tell us what version do you have

    Ok, i have DirectX 10 and i actually don't have a BeamNG folder i Documents:confused: It disappeared when i reinstalled the game.

    DX 11 come with Windows 7 so you will have to upgrade sorry.
    Upgrade directly to Win 10 because you have vista and you can get a free key.

    You can downgrade the game if you have a backup or here BeamNG-drive-version-0-4-0-5

    Ok i think i can download DX11 for vista but how do i check if my graphics Card(?) supports DX11?

    Careful you can't because after windows vista, microsoft decided to lock the directX version. now IT come with the os and you can't install it manually.

    Using dxdiag, there is a tab called display and there is the name of your graphic card.
    Check on the constructor site to see if it's compatible
