Don't have very many favorites but here's a classic intro love. I actually used to have this on my PS2 and loved playing it, sadly lost both things a while ago.
I loved the NFS:HP2 Intro aswell. This was also part of my childhood :') Then this, oh man this game was just great. A classic: And of course:
I love NFS Hot Pursuit 2 as well, same with the intro. Still have it for the Gamecube. (But my memory card got corrupted... And the memory for most of my games died... I want a new memory card...)
Mine has to be this: I also love the NFS Hot Pursuit 2 and Rally Championship 2000 intros, they bring back memories, thanks for posting them
This game has a special place in my childhood... the nostalgia is real Another great game... Most Wanted (the good one) had a great startup cutscene aswell
Ah yes, I like this intro. Very cinematic, lacks plot development, but overall the best game intro ever.
This is one of the games I cannot forget, even with a mental condition that involves memory loss. This intro is very good. You might have heard of this game. Buy it immediately. This one is also pretty good, and more obscure too. This last game intro I'm throwing on the pile is this. It's from RaceDriver: Grid. One of the best game I ever played in my life. I like everything about this game. You can even change the graphics settings that you didn't know about in the documents folder, max it out, and make the reflections faces 128 instead of 8. It's beautiful.
Definitely +1 for Burnout Takedown and NFS Hot Pursuit 2 And more recently... I remember watching that trailer at Target back when the PS3 first came out. It was pretty mindblowing.
This into is forever in my soul. This was my first racing game and this song is just burned into my head for eternity. I wasn't really old enough to know what I was doing but it was still fun. They must have been using Beta Builds on what would become GT3 on PS2 because GT2 sure as hell looks nothing like this. Sense Vice City was already posted I'll post this one. This song is really relaxing to me and I don't know why...
Man this thread really brought back some memories.. Makes me wanna go and play all these old games again.
