I can't select the 120hz refresh rate.

    I have a similar problem, but for me I can't even select any other refresh rate for the game than 60hz. The game runs at 60Hz, but the combobox where I'd select the refresh rate is completely empty so I can't select anythnig.

    Just disable the limiter.

    You have to be running in Fullscreen (not borderless windows) and have VSync off, and disable the limiter.
