Red Alert 2

Surprised this hasn't come up yet. has anyone played this amazing game?

Listening to the OST right now and ahh it brings back LAN party memories with family+friends

 

I have a few of these games, not played this version, only played 3 Tiber Wars

 

it doesn't surprise me too much that the game hasn't already come up, although I agree its a great game you have to realised in 2000. It is about the same age as a lot of gamers so its unlikely they will have played it or care too much as there are many new versions that are easier to play. Unfortunately that seems to be how modern gamers like their games!

 

I have it somewhere. Spent ages on a p3+fast voodoo playing it.

 

When I first played it I was around 6 years old. That's when I got the map editor and started to take an interest in creating content for games. Ahh memories.

 

At one point I had every C&C game made and spent hundreds of hours on them. Then after playing one of their newer ones (it was online only) I stopped following the franchise. Although, I'd love to see the Brotherhood of NOD make a comeback.

 

It almost feels like yesterday.

 

I'd still love to play this or Red Alert 3 online with some people one day. The AI is too easy in RA2 and weird in RA3
