Considering I once had a Elgato Game Capture to record PC and have game sound via HDMI, Its not AMD exclusive, SOUND doesn't belong to AMD.

Also, for some reason, upgrading to Windows 8.1 magically fix the sound, now I can hear the sounds from my TV! :) (I didn't even have to change a setting!)

But the border issue still exists, but I guess I gotta stick with the slighly lower resolution anyways as my connection is too slow for 1080p streaming :( (Since its lan, my upload can reach 20MB/s, but if I was using the copper, look out 144p here I come)

windows from windows 8 and onward use the bios for the key instead of storing it in registry or whatever it did before

it's why you can't get a COA sticker with the key on it anymore, they don't exist, instead when you have to re-install windows, it SHOULD pull the key off the bios

I have fairly big ideas for my PS2 slim which is now confirmed working. (I realized that I could just plug my battery pack into it. PSU for it hasn't arrived yet.)

My plans include soldering in a SD card adapter and maybe an HDMI adapter so I don't have anything sticking out the back. Also maybe making it passively cooled, or at least putting in a quieter fan. I also want to fit in my Raspi or something similar. It'd be really cool to have a complete media hub and PS2 in this thing that looks stock on the outside. I'm thinking of loading all my games onto an SD card and soldering it inside and then having my Pi with a wifi and wireless mouse/keyboard in place of the disk reader. Then HDMI and USB extensions from the pi to the rear. Maybe an ethernet port for the Pi so I could stream games with little latency? But then I'd want to stuff a wireless Xbox controller module into it.. Or something.

Heck, with a Raspi I might be able to stuff a small 5v battery pack inside to make it mobile and 100% wireless. :D

I'm looking to upgrade my G630. What processor should I upgrade to? I'm using an H61 motherboard, so I can't overclock, and it's LGA 1155 socket.

The mobo will support Ivy Bridge CPUs. I was looking to buy Ivy Bridge. Also, I'm on quite the budget, $75~$100 or so.

You're running out of wattage... I wouldn't recommend having the 9600GT in there, you'll be pulling just about 300W with the CPU and both GPUs. Under load, more power will be pulled.

My dad has a little Asus Netbook, piece of crap, 1GB RAM, Atom dual core, about 2 years old and generally not worth using unless you are desperate. He wants to update to Windows 10, I'm probably not but everyone else wants off. It is on Windows 7 starter (why he wants to upgrade as well as some performance increase with W10 hopefully) and it simply wont update. Although it says it is updating, it never is and has been sitting on our kitchen table from about 3 til 6 and nothing. I didn't want to start a new thread because of clutter and really not feeling the need. This post will most likely be ignored but I just wanted to get it out there.

Bought a Bay Trail tablet from a car-boot sale the other week for £25. It worked wonderfully and then I stupidly decided to reinstall Windows 8 to try and get rid of some of the crappy Chinese stuff, reinstalled all the drivers and everything bar the touch screen is working properly.

(Please ignore the silly music in the video, someone was talking at me while I was filming)

Any clues on why this is happening and if there might be a solution?

I've tried to re calibrate the screen using the windows 8 touch screen calibration utility to no success.

Are there any drivers that you can download for it?

Yeah, I reinstalled all of the drivers that were on it before I reinstalled Windows, and this happened, I've also tried uninstalling and re-reinstalling them and it still doesn't work.

Looks similar to a leaked LCD screen. Loses compression however still displays.

The system won't boot. The GTX 960 will make a whining noise to let you know that it doesn't have power.
I ran the system through PCPartPicker's wattage calc, You're already pulling ~300W with the GTX 960 and your CPU. The 9600GT will bring the power supply to it's max. Components will not get enough power, causing a sudden reboot. You might also kill the power supply.
