Editor panning issue

I am unable to pan around and look around i have tried everything, in the previous versions i didn't have this issue, now i can't look around with my mouse, how ever if i quit the editor and play then it's all fine...

 

Yes i have tried all camera types you name it, world cameras and player cameras, it works like it should outside the editor, but i whas able to solve this by changing my mouse, this is strange to me as it only applies in the editor mode, my mouse is the Logitech g502, this has to be some sort of bug.
