This is my parts list:

AMD FX-6300 (3.5GHz, 6-core)

Powercolor R9 290

2x4GB of RAM

yet I still get around 20-30 FPS in some cars.(Moonhawk, T-Series, Sunburst).

Adjusting the options doesn't do much, sadly. Please help! Thanks!

 

CPU is not powerful enough for the t series.
Moonhawk and sunburst should be fine though
Check your windows power plan hasn't inadvertently been set to low power mode. Also check you have no cpu demanding background applications and that the CPU is not overheating and therefore throttling.

BeamNG is an extremely cpu demanding game.

 

Actually, owning a 6300 this sounds about right.

Adjusting video settings won't really do anything because your CPU is what's limiting you, feel free to leave them high. There are very few CPUs on the market capable of keeping FPS high with the T75 without overclocking.
