Big thing on front is the air filter box, the top is where the fins on the flywheel intake air that gets pushed past the fins on the cylinders to cool them, and yeah, the thing on the right is a oil cooler. The flywheel just looks like a big circle with fins on top.

The flywheels usually look like these:

    Flywheel.gif bs-691987_9.jpg

They just have a mesh cover so idiots don't stick their fingers in them. The flywheel is connected directly to the crankshaft and they have magnets around the edge that spins past the magneto (In first pic) to generate the voltage for the spark plug. The fins intake air and push them through the cylinder fins to cool them. (Air cooled)

The higher end model engines like that have fancy things like an oil filter and cooler. The one on my mower has no oil filter or anything like that.

    Today was a good day.

EDIT: Forgot to say: Thanks to Dummiesman for major help with the Lua... I almost had it working but then it all fell to pieces and I was repeating code that could've been simplified :p

Since you've got hydrolic suspension figured out, does that mean you'll be able to create adjustable suspension / airride as well? I tried it at one point but it kept breaking so I'd rather leave that to people who actually know what they're doing..

Sort of. The problem is that in the raised position the suspension becomes rock-hard. I have no idea why, and for a lowrider it's actually good because that's pretty much what happens in real life as far as I know. But it wouldn't work very well for say, adjustable suspension on a range rover or whatever.

You'll end up with a few more polygons, but I'd boolean the spokes to the rim itself and edgesplit from there. Might get rid of those yucky artefacts on the inside edge. You won't see it after the tyre's on but you know, muh attention to detail :)

Did you add the Blackwall--->Whitewall conversion during the highway 3-wheel?

Also, you know you need to put gnarly offroad tires on that now

as I mentioned in other thread, use multi-dae, then you dont need to even touch hatch.dae and avoid this issue (which is likely just you needing to reset part origins to 0,0, and fix the shading...)
