Realistic Crashes (BeamNG)

Crash Description:
A young driver that received an ex-racing Hirochi Sunburst as a gift from his parents lost control going approximately 130 MPH along a dangerous road.
He clipped a small mount of dirt on the side of the road, which sent the car airborne. The car tumbled in the air and slammed into a tree, spinning it violently before slamming into a second tree.

Parts of Car Critically Damaged:
The car was a total write off, even the cabin was warped violently out of shape from the crash.

Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled:
The car was a total write off. $29,000 USD was spent to purchase the vehicle second-hand from a privately owned racing company.

Injuries (If Any):
The young man miraculously survived the initial accident with massive blood loss, 7 broken ribs, one of his legs shattered and pulverised beyond recognition, paralasis from a broken neck brain damage, and the loss of both eyes. Sadly, he later died in hospital from his injuries in hospital.

The family sued Hirochi for 1.2 million dollars for lack of saftey equipment in the vehicle, the lawsuit was dismissed in court due to the vehicle being outfitted with plenty of saftey features. The accident was driver error.

Crash Description: There were three Covets driving around Mt. Shell. The first one hit the sign because it was icy. He was going about 25 mph. The second one hits the rear of the first one because he was not paying attention. The last Covet hits the side of the second Covet.

Injuries (if any): The driver in the first Covet died. He got both his legs chopped off and snapped his neck. Police said the driver was practically decapitated . Minor injuries include broken arms and scratches. The second driver got a broken leg and a headache. The third one had no injuries other than a headache.

Crash Description: A young man in his 20s stole a classic Civette Bolide from a showroom and decided to go on a joy ride down the Riverside Expressway, only to be spotted by police who started to pursue him. In a desperate attempt to escape he swerved to get into an off ramp. However he didn't turn soon enough and hit a barrier which sent the vehicle into the air. The Bolide landed on the off ramp blocking moving traffic which caused a seven car pileup.

Injuries (if any): Deaths: The driver of the Bolide died on impact, and the passenger in the red ute was crushed when cargo in the vehicle was thrown into the cab.
Severe Injuries: The occupants of the green Covet, D-Series SUV, and Sunburst.
Minor Injuries: Occupants of all other vehicles involved.

Crash Description:
The Hirochi Super Cup was stopped on the first lap after a 5 car pileup on the first corner, the race was restarted after the cars had been recovered and returned to the pits.
All of the cars involved where damaged and needed a few days of repairs by the mechanics.

Injuries (if any):
All drivers where ok with only minor bumps and bruises.

There were no lawsuits, but Bennie Speed (driver of the green car) blamed Steve Strummer (driver of the blue car) for the crash and said after the race "Strummer is incompetent and useless, he should become a taxi driver".
This statement caused a huge media controversy, with taxi drivers across the world in uproar over his comments.

Crash Description: Jim driving the white van was a middle aged guy just having kidnapped a women named ally moments before. Jim got into a pursuit with the cops hopped on the interstate running 90 MPH where he tried to avoid traffic and lost control missing the wall but not able to correct he side swiped the blue suv smacking the black nova and the blue car. rolled over landing on his roof.

Injuries (if any): The driver jim had a concussion and some cuts. Ally some how got away with only a broken arm a sprained leg and some cuts to her face the one on her cheek needing 5 stitches. All other drivers were fine other then some soreness

The van total loss. 3000 on the blue car, 6000 on the nova, and 2000 on the suv

Crash Description: Sunday afternoon after zack's favorite football team lost leaving the bar after he had way to many to drink zack headed to his red sport pickup truck. Still mad about his team losing zack figured he would take it out driving way to fast. He didn't see the the green hatchback driven by tom making a left turn untill it was too late doing about 80 mph he smacked the car.

Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled: Both totaled.

Injuries: Tom died at the scene from heavy blood loss. zack had Head trauma, two fractured ribs and some scratches

Crash Description: A police officer driving a police-spec Gavril Grand Marshal catches a Bruckell Moonhawk Ute traveling at approximately 80 mph in a 45 mph section of road. To stop the speeding vehicle, the officer attempted to conduct a pit maneuver. The maneuver was not conducted correctly, causing the the officer to push the Moonhawk into a tree. The Grand Marshal spun across the road and the rear of the vehicle collided with a tree. However, the officer was able to drive his vehicle back to the Moonhawk, where he put the driver into custody.

Crash Description: Josh, driving a 200BX lost control on a tight corner due to high speed. The car span out and hit three trees.

Parts of Car Critically Damaged: The whole front of the car was totaled, frame was twisted and all of the suspension and panels were deformed beyond repair. The back side had a big dent and the trunk also was damaged beyond repair.

Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled: Totaled

Injuries (If Any): Josh suffered minimal concussion and some bruises.

Crash Description: Driver of beige Ford LTD ran a stop sign and was struck in LR quarter panel by driver of gray Hirochi Sunburst at approx. 30 MPH

Parts of Car Critically Damaged: Sunburst front bumper cover, both headlamps, grille, radiator damaged beyond repair. Hood damaged but deemed fixable. Driver/Front passenger airbags deployed. LTD LR quarter panel damaged, rear bumper damaged, driver's side taillamp damaged (reported non-functional by driver before accident)

Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled: Sunburst Total Repair Cost estimated at $4,750. Owner of LTD claimed no damage to insurance as the car would have been totaled.

Injuries (If Any): Driver of LTD suffered minor neck injury and minor concussion from head hitting driver's side window. Driver of Sunburst suffered minor neck injury and a sprained wrist.

Aftermath (lawsuit etc): Owner of LTD repaired nonfunctioning taillight on his own dime and left the quarter panel untouched. He was also fined $180 for failure to stop at a stop sign. Driver of Sunburst forced to drive base-model Ibishu Covet around for 5 1/2 weeks while his vehicle was being repaired.

Hey, thanks for answering the actual question I asked and not being a smartassed jerk.

I am fully aware it's not a great model. If you can tell me where to find a better one (of that actual specific make and model) then fine. If instead you're just going to turn up the snark and treat me like an idiot, screw off.

 

All of the quality mods are here on the forums. All BeamNG mods you see outside this forum are either stolen or crappy made.

 

This is actually a crash-test, not an accident, but it sure is realistic.

Crash Description: This was a small overlap crash test. A Gavril D15 Pickup was hooked up with a small flatbed trailer, and an Ibishu Pigeon was placed on the trailer. The small pickup was then driven into the wall (small overlap) at approximately 40-45 MPH.

Parts of Car Critically Damaged: D15: Frame, Door, Hood, Engine, Bumper, Fender, Headlights, Grill. Pigeon: Hood, Front Fascia, Fender.

Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled: The crash-test facility estimated that the Pigeon would cost $5,500 for repairs, and the D15 would be totaled.

Injuries (If Any): It was a crash-test, so of course not.

Crash Description: Mr. Pittflux was driving home when he was speeding. He hit a very bumpy part in the road and he crashed into a tree going about 50 mph.

Injuries (if any): He broke his left arm and had minor leg injuries.

Crash Description: John Hickey was speeding his brand new car on a turn and flew off the road going about 50 mph. He did two flips, the roof collapsed, and the side smashed a tree.

Injuries (if any): He died when the car flipped, but the car wasn't found until 2001 (the crash happened in 1999) but by then the body was deteriorated.

Crash Description: Driver of the 200BX fell asleep while driving down the highway. A box truck broke down in the far right lane. The driver of the 200BX woke up just in time to swerve, concentrating most of the crash force into the driver side area.

Injuries (if any): The driver of the 200BX died, but the box truck driver survived.

Crash Description: The driver of the box truck missed his turn and started to back up. While backing up, he failed to see a red Ibushi Covet, who was texting at the time, driving at high speeds in the same lane. They collided.

Injuries (if any): The drivers both died. The box truck driver wasn't wearing his seatbelt and the Covet was crushed.

Crash Description: Owner of a white Grand Marshal (a Mr. Alan P. Smegma) collided with a Bruckell Moonhawk station wagon backing out of a private driveway on Oakhart Drive in Eastville, approximately 9:35 AM on Monday. Mr. Smegma was traveling approximately 20 MPH at the time of impact.

Injuries (if any): Minor bumps and bruises for both Mr. Smegma and the driver of the Moonhawk, a Ms. Ellen DeWitt.

Crash Description: Owner of a white Grand Marshal (a Mr. Alan P. Smegma) collided with a blue Honda Prelude (driven by a Mr. Charles Norris). The Honda was making a left turn against opposing traffic and Mr. Smegma could not stop in time. The accident occurred at the intersection of 1st Avenue and Lois Lane at approximately 10:15AM on Monday.

Injuries (if any): Mr. Smegma suffered minor bumps and bruises. Mr. Norris suffered a broken ankle and was taken to hospital.

Crash Description: A Gavril D15 pickup (driven by a Mr. William Avery) struck a parked Gavril Grand Marshal at approximately 11:38 AM on Monday. The owner of the pickup went into Bob's Hardware on Riverside Drive. The owner of the Grand Marshal (a Mr. Alan P. Smegma) discovered his vehicle had been hit. Enraged, he attempted to pull away, however his rear bumper had caught on the front bumper of the D15. The strike also partially dislodged the Grand Marshal's exhaust and in the attempt to free his vehcle, Mr. Smegma inadvertently detached his exhaust from the catalytic converter back.

Injuries (if any): Mr. Avery was taken to hospital with a broken jaw and two cracked ribs.

Crash Description: At the end of a driver training exercise, recruit's foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator. Recruit panicked and caused a chain-reaction accident, damaging 3 parked patrol vehicles.

Injuries (if any): Recruit and instructor received minor injuries from the impact.

Crash Description: 3 days ago, Ridanna Herturphy, a local Driver's ED teacher, was teaching Billy Kilopho to drive. While on a cliff, the car's power-steering malfunctions and fails, resulting in the car losing control and driving off the cliff. Searchers have been looking for the corpses of Billy and Ridanna and the car for a while and no luck in finding them.

Injuries (If any): Both Ridanna and Billy are presumed dead, details of the injuries is currently undiscovered.
