Perfomance Issue [propably windows 10 b10041 fault]

Did the performance get worse for everyone the recent months that passed?

I had some time to play the game, and it used to run ok. Only difference is that now I am on windows 10 build 10041. First I tried the game with the graphics driver automaticly installed by windows, bad performance. Tried the 14.12 stable amd drivers the same bad performance. I haven't bad performance in other games.

Beamng.exe popup displays 3.8.0 file version
Map: dry rock island
Vehicle: default one
OS: Win10 b10041 64bit
CPU: i7-4770k
RAM: 8GB
GPU: 7970 GHZ edition 3GB
game location: On an SSD

Settings all high, 1080p 60hz, aa 1x

If you have the reflections on, then that's a reason. It drops my fps from 70-80ish to about 60.

That setting is turn (by default) off!

I'm not 100% sure that the current build of windows 10 is necessarily the most stable. Might've been a better idea to stay on your previous build. Maybe instead of launching the game through steam, you could directly launch the .exe file in compatibility mode for a lower version of windows. (Windows 7, 8, 8.1) Let me know if you need instructions on how to do so or if it works granted you already know how.

ok so I tried in compatibility mode 8 and 7 also running as administrator, same bad performance.

What I get from your responses is that the game is running ok in other versions of windows, so the problem must be with windows 10 as I was playing no problems with my previous windows install.
