that was not me, and of course im using the better GC, and I found new problem i change some settings game says they will change after restart but after restart is everything in default settings again :/

edit: disabling or enabling the postfx, makes absolutely no difference in fps at all

If you press J (to stop simulation) does your FPS goes up?
If yes, then you are getting limited from the CPU (Laptop i7 ≠ Desktop i7), not much you can do about that. Should have tried the techdemo first probably.

i rather not play than use lower resolution, it would just look horrible. I have 15,6" full hd display. Well i guess i have to hope the game will get better optimalization before final release :(

So if changing graphics options and pausing the physics does not change the FPS you have something else that is limiting your FPS.

Are you on battery saving mode?

Does your FPS stays the same with all cars? And on all maps?

no, i have around 60fps on grid map, i guess its limited because it wont go over 60(vsync is off) and on east coast i have 30-35 fps

The game is limited to 60FPS for technical reason for the moment.
Gridmap gives you 60FPS because it's an extremely simple map. East Coast is quite dense with vegetation, so no much wonder you get lower FPS in there.
The game has an issue with LODS. Visual performance scales horribly with resolution. If turning off PostFX didn't help (which is very weird since SSAO is one of the most intensive PostFX in the game, because based on old code) and turning off Dynamic Reflections (Have you tried that right?), then your only choice is to try a lower resolution for the game.

I tried 1366*768, it looks horrible but yeah I get almost 60 fps on east coast. D. reflections are off but they make like 5fps difference, I don't like how it looks so I play without them.
