Game finds 360 controller but buttons don't do anything

    If i use one of the debug modes it finds "gamepad0" and can use it.

    I so how do i bind the buttons so they do something?

    for example how to i make right trigger accelerate?

    Since the game recognizes the pad, I would find the inputmap file for the original wired 360 pad, and copy and paste it. Then, in-game, hit the (~) tilde key, to bring up the console. Screen shot this, ala prnt screen, and paste it into your favorite program. You should now have all the information about the controller,
    like the name, the guid, and what you should name the inputmap.cs file. Simply erase and replace on your copied 360 file, and it SHOULD work. Sorry this isn't much more in depth, I'm on my phone.

    have you connected the controller after you started the game?
    I guess input devices such as keyboard and controller are recognized on the start of the game.
    just try restarting the game :)

    on my computer, controller buttons already do what they should
