Try switching to landscape mode; that should let you see everything. The image shows the result of trying it out on my smartphone.
BeamNG's website doesn't handle certain stuff well, and I guess centered text on phones is one of those things. Then again, the mobile version of the website just kinda sucks in general.
I've added the engine and effects. The effects still need a bit more tweaking... --- Post updated --- I think Olympic was the only one I had planned, but I'll give it some thought.
