I have the same issue, I tried running the Automation Test Track Map, with the vanilla Sunburst Street Tuned config.
The car just flies off into the sky, camera detached, no speedometer loading /car stats or any form of control.
I must mention that I am indeed getting a fatal lua error, and I know its most likely a mod conflict since I have cleared all cache after installing the mod.
I was wondering if there is any way to find out what mod is causing the conflight by looking over the fatal Lua error? Or if i could send the error to you and help in any way!

hey, yeah that definitely sounds like a conflict between a couple other mods, but if you'd like you can replicate the error send this file: "...AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\current\beamng.log" and i could still look at it, and/or try using this other mod by me called Vehicle Conflict Inspector and check if there's any mods causing a JBeam conflict. Alternatively, you could remove all your mods (put them in a folder on the desktop or someplace out of the BeamNG userfolder so beam doesn't load them) then add them back in chunks and keep restarting the game until you find which chunk is causing the issue then you can narrow your search down from there

Ive noticed that on some vehicles the blur pass WILL trigger (as in the debug modes appear etc) but the actual blur is not visible at all and the wheel remains static (this happens on my 737 mod and some other aircraft with open wheels)

maybe because the aircraft wheels use some hitherto unaccounted for texture format that this mod doesn't understand?

they just use normal texture paths and formats, when in like world editor for some reason the blur will blur the 3d ui elements (like the moving tool or object labels etc in the 3d view)

I took a look at that 737 mod in particular to see what's up, and it partially has to do with the classification system, and also parts of the wheel assembly falling outside the pressure wheel nodes (from what I can tell) that spinblur uses to decide the 'area' the wheel is in. I would probably have to develop entire other systems to suit those special edge cases and it might probably interfere with the balance I struck to support as many vehicles and mods in general as possible without having the blur render or not render where it's supposed to on most vehicles.

Pretty much if i start trying to support the edge cases you mentioned I'm gonna probably start causing a bunch of bugs in other places

So, I just now noticed this after playing around with some stuff that I hadn't touch in a few weeks, but I noticed that all the wheels, or at the least, most of them from KLJP are affected by the mod itself, just like someone else that had a similar problem on this thread. I'm very well aware that the mod is "outdated", but that doesn't affect the included wheels within that mod itself. Anyway, the first pic shows with the mod activated, and the second is after I deactivated + cleared shaders cache.

I hadn't checked *all* of the wheels within the mod itself, but so far it's these Ibishu Medallion wheels along with the Ibishu steelies. Additionally, I hadn't grabbed a photo, but is also @FalloutNode 's wheel pack just as well.

thanks for letting me know, I'll try to download those mods check it out myself as soon as I get a chance. In the meantime though, could you launch the game with the mod enabled, spawn the problematic cars/mods and then send me this file

    "...AppData\Local\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\current\temp\spinblur_material.log"

That'll help me look into it and diagnose it more quickly
