There is something wrong with the electric variants, they do not move. I checked under the bus and found the drive shaft to be missing from the motor.
Haven't found any issues on my end. Please make sure the electric rear axle and motor are installed, all electric configs should have both installed already.
CYCJoseph updated Capsule with a new update entry: Some updates Read the rest of this update entry...
I've noticed that when the vehicle is fully loaded with heavy cargo, the wheels cannot return to the centre completely and tend to pull to one side after the steering wheel is turned to full lock. Apart from this issue, everything works perfectly.
If you fully load it with heavy cargo, the wheels exceed the rated load. Try not to exceed ~11.5t per axle.
Is there a slogan for the bus? The DT40L's is "Get Busy." I suggest "Busy Busin'?" Is there any lore behind Cycjos? For now I'm assuming it's a British company. Can you tell me what "Simplified traffic mode" does? Thanks!
simplified traffic is a BeamNG feature which spawns lower detail cars (usually without interiors) when traffic is enabled. the switch on the Capsule changes whether its own simplified version spawns in traffic, since its a bit big and unfortunately has the tendency to get stuck (at least back in 0.38)
Realistically are the headlights supposed to be this dim/tilted? I feel like they're still angled a little too low, and once the exposure auto-adjusts, the high beams (and low beams) lose their brightness and range. Also, can we expect to see the single floor coach soon, and will it magically be a low floor or a regular high floor bus?
it would be high floor as Low floor would be Not possible Unless it doesn't have a Luggage bay as Single deck Coaches are High floor because the Luggage bay/compartment is under the Passenger area
oh yeah...not sure how that's gonna look but true also cyc please make the headlights brighter and pointed upwards
Love the Tourer variant. Perhaps we could get a high floor Tourer, just like traditional coach buses? This is a US coach bus, but it gives an idea on what they normally look like. Would love to see this added!
Hopefully it has two mirrors per side, a perfectly flat one and a convex one. Also hopefully by then the headlights and screens are fixed. And why don't we just put the electric transit door system from the regular Capsules onto the Tourers? Why do they have to use a pneumatic system? Hopefully the single deck Tourer will use the same door system as the rear doors from the regular Capsules.
What was the inspiration for the power of the hybrid systems? I absolutely love the hybrid variants (both legacy and new), but the single-deck variants (notably 10.5m which I use the most) feel overpowered. Or is it just me? I barely press the throttle pedal in this bus, while in comparison we have a few MAN Lion's city hybrids there in my city (they are series hybrids)- the drivers have to floor it all the time (literally) and it's still painfully slow Is there a way to adjust it? Last time I checked, there wasn't any choice in part configuration, especially the traction motor. Some underpowered configs would be really nice. Or perhaps it's simply the fault of the diesel engine being too powerful, and adjusting the hybrid system won't change a single thing?
