Im looking through the edit history on that page and I don't think that edit was made by a mod. I might go in and clarify that it has been announced without an official release date unless anyone has an objection

 

well the devs have stated that its planned to release later this year

 

I don't want to overstate any theories about the update, but don't you think 0.40 will be released on both ps5 and pc at the same time?

 

We already started getting teaser, I could see us getting an interim update between 0.39 and the PS5 release.

 

If you need the year spelled out as "2026" go look at the PS Store.

 

Maybe near the same time I can see that. I hope it'll be pretty seemless across platforms so when we get new features/content it'll always be on both versions pretty soon together. I mean i dont even have or want a PS5 but I hope its awesome. This reminds me how blown away I was first time seeing ragdoll physics on console so I hope this is a similar leap to all the automotive ps5 people.

 

I hope the ps5 can hit 60fps with modified graphics settings because that would make the overall experience that much better.

 

I think the Moonhawk might get a remaster or remake soon. 0.39 changed the prices for almost all configs and I find that kinda suspicious.

 

I wonder if they're doing round two of optimizations for the PS5 release, alongside implementing technologies like AA chunk loading could be a priority considering that each official map we've received so far keeps getting bigger

So Euro Truck is officially confirmed and it looks modern atleast that's what it looks like to me. I'm not a truck nerd
